The Show's 2019 winners!

The 2019 Show demonstrated how Tostock residents can overcome difficult weather conditions to put on a stunning show.

Young Faramir Newport won young gardener, under 25 years, for the 4th year running. His onion weighed in at a massive 1.66kg beating his last year's record of 1kg. Faramir also came 2nd for his giant tomatoes and longest bean and 3rd for his runner beans.

Copeland Trophy for the best photograph went to Jim Langlois.

Tostock Trowel went to Jacqueline Neal.

Floral Art Trophy was won this year by Sarah Reader.

Cowdell Cup for Homecraft went to Jane Putt.

Simon Reynolds Tray and Pineacre Runner-up Cup were awarded to Derrick Poole.

Parish Council Challenge Bowl went to Jane Putt

All participants received some bulbs to plant.......either dwarf narcissi or dwarf tulips. Watch out for the date in the Spring to show the resulting blooms.

Many thanks to all who took part in the show, whether by setting up, clearing away, running the raffle, serving teas or taking money at the door, but especially to those of you who competed.....
without you, there is no show.
