2024 Entry Form

Please complete the Entry Form requesting information for inclusion in the official catalogue and return via email – tostockartshow@gmail.com or to the address on the Invitation letter to exhibit 2024 letter, no later than Friday, 26 July 2024.


By entering work in the Tostock Art Show, you are agreeing with the following conditions:

  • You can submit up to 3 original artworks. In addition, if you sold 3 pieces at the 2023 Show, you may submit 2 extra works. We do not accept ‘not for sale’ work.
  • A commission of 20% on each sale is divided equally between St Andrew’s Church and Tostock Village Hall.
  • A hanging fee of £1 per artwork is payable on the receiving day. There is no charge for cards and unframed prints.
  • Four miniature artworks are equivalent to one full sized picture for the purpose of numbers and hanging fees. We refer to the Royal-miniature-society.org.uk definition of a miniature, which is any framed painting 6" x 4.5" (15cm x 11.5cm).
  • All artworks must be framed and/or have a cord ready for hanging on the hooks we provide and be labelled on the back with the artist’s name and address, title, medium and price. The organisers have the final decision regarding the hanging of artworks because of limited space.
  • Cards and unframed prints must be displayed in a suitable rack or box marked with the artist’s name and accompanied by a record of the number and price. Tables will be provided for the displays in the marquee.
  • Artwork should be delivered to the Church, and cards/unframed prints to the marquee, between 4pm and 8pm on Thursday, 29 August.
  • Please make your own arrangements regarding insurance of your artworks whilst at the Show.
  • Unsold work can be collected from the Church between 6pm and 7.30pm on Sunday, 1September. NB: work will not be released before 6pm.
  • Please complete the Entry Form requesting information for inclusion in the official catalogue and return via email – tostockartshow@gmail.com or to the address on the letter, no later than Friday, 26 July 2024.
  • Please be assured that your details will not be passed to anyone else and will be stored securely.
  • We will actively promote the Show and we ask everyone involved to help in making this event as widely known as possible. A digital poster is available that can be printed and/or used on social media.
